Sale of Italian extra virgin olive oil and olive milling. All products are described with detailed information on the website. Orders are processed based on availability.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are in Euro and include VAT. Payments are accepted through channels depending on the buyer's location or PayPal. Charges are applied at the moment of order confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is carried out through selected couriers. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 working days. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns must be intact and in their original packaging. Exclusions: perishable products (opened oil containers).
6. Warranties and Liability
All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty. The company is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

8. Dispute Resolution
For disputes, the court of Chieti shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
